Wellsville is going to start enforcing ordinances regarding unkempt properties around the village, starting with the most serious of violations. The main focus will be on the non-compliances causing a safety risk and the non-compliances visible to the public eye. The laws are on the books and enforcing them is the next step to making our village a safer and more attractive place to live.
In all fairness, most residents aren't aware of what the laws are regarding this matter. To help you become better informed with those that exist to date, we are offering a PDF of them online.
